noteworthy. fantastic brunch spread including spanish/tapas, traditional american fare (eggs, bacon, sausage, assortment of breads/mufffins/bagels), and incredible desserts makes gabriel a clear front-runner in d.c.'s brunch scene. interesting. whole roast pig. enough said. snob appeal. medium to high. nice crowd interested in tasty food, who's sitting in the next booth, and what kind of chocolate cake to eat as dessert. patrons. from the families to the guys eating at the bar, everybody is welcome. mackdaddy. you're the guy who knows to ask for the skin with your slice of roasted pig. is it going to hurt? not bad, $26 and change for one, including cava, mimosas, coffee, and whatever else you could want. |
